Clicking Install Linux Mint does nothing. How do I install the OS???

I am at the desktop. I am clicking Install Linux Mint and I am getting this message, but nothing is happening. If someone has the gold key to the crapper to allow me into the holy grail, please tell me. Or are thou not elite enough to have the privlidge of being able to actually install it?

And yes I tried installing it though booting by the normal mode and the compatability mode. Can I install it without having to booting into the desktop or does this require some hidden documentation?

I found the solution. I had to use File Browser to browse to /usr/bin/ and click on the live-installer and run it manually. Not sure why I had to do this. The target of the desktop shortcut appears to be correct. confused.gif
