I cant even do that. It asks if I want to boot from cd or dvd hit any key. When I do it just says loading files then gets stuck at the starting windows screen again

Oh and if this is in the wrong place a mod can feel free to move it. I just thought this was cpu related at first but im not so sure now.

It was the hard drive. Got a new drive from bestbuy and stuck it in place of the old one. Worked like a charm. So guess I have to get the old one rmad
