Keep the temps under 55*C at most. Max "safe" voltage is 1.55v vcore and 1.45v CPU-NB. I've put 1.675v through an Athlon II x4 (same thing basically) for a 24/7 run, and it lived just fine.

The chip can handle 1.65v
but them must stay below 62c.

stability starts after 55c, no joke, when its summer here i got to back down my oc from 4.1 to 4.0 coz of the heat, i start getting bsods if i dont.

It will blend.
That sort of voltage will degrade it pretty quick if the event is anything like the wolfdales.

I ran mine for almost a year at 1.60v. AMD chips are tanks if you keep them cool enough.

(The same chip is still holding strong at the same clocks same volts, over 2 YEARS later now).

Looks like you'll be able to go up another level in voltage, not 1.65v, with your current cooling.

1.55v is the recommended max. I personally would only goto 1.6v if the temps were below 55'C prime blend load.

going to try a prime blend load right now at 1.59v

just did 6 mins at 1.4v and i saw 42c

whats TMPIN2? its 115c-125c

EDIT: 10 mins on prime95 blend yielded 53c peak, and a 3.62 ghz crash @ 1.5375v

Now running 1.525v and 3.52 ghz stable cold at 47c peak. ram voltage bumped to 2.1v

0.0 I'm not exactly familiar with RAM and overclocking but why 2.1?
