If it has one of those big plastic face plates, rip it off for the pic, since you'll be cutting through the metal under it.

Looks like either the gpu OR the cpu could be overheating in that setup. what cpu and gpu are running in there anyway?

is the 920 stock clocked? That could easily overheat on a cheap dell cooler.

As for the GT 220... that isnt a hot card, but then you also appear to have absolutely no ventilation for it.

Still waiting for temps and pics, but for some early guessing, id say cut a hole for an intake fan under the GPU (either on the side panel or the bottom of the case itself, if it has raised feet and isn't on carpet) and perhaps get a better cpu cooler on that 920.

Of course, it could also be that awful liteon PSU quitting on you. Would be a shame to do all the work cooling it if its not even a heat issue

I meant stock clocked, as in not overclocked

Are these temps at idle or at load? If load, its toasty, but reasonable. If idle, yikes!

dell is ****, the cooler looks like a passiv one or it has a tiny **** fan with the same height in the middle. anyway, cut a whole in the side panel and in the top or front and install some more fans immediately

Don't you need a plasma cutter to do so?
How do i make mounts for fans?
