undervolt them if your worried, i had a 1.5v 1055t, and two gtx 480's at 1.1v on a hx850 with 5 fans, 1 hdd and a dvd drive, it's more than capable.

Either your PSU is faulty, or something else (unrelated to power) is up.

Do you have a spare Kill-a-watt laying around? Either way, run Pirme + Furmark and see if the OCP trips.
The responses seem to be mixed. Some people say "Definitely the PSU" and others say "PSU is fine. Software issue?" I guess I'm the same way. Part of me wants it to be the PSU so I can get a new one (lol) and the other parts of me just wants to say "It's probably BF3's fault" since it's such a new game.

First of all your PSU has no OCP being a single rail unit

Run Prime95 and Furmark simultaneously for a couple of hours and see what happens, you gaming sessions will not even approach that load si if the PSU doesn't shut down in this interval than it's something else.
