OC 2500k on Asus p8z68 v-pro

Hey guys I just got a new rig this is my build

Asus P8z68 V-PRO
i5 2500k
Corsair H80
Thermaltake 700w
Evga DS 560 Ti 1gb
8GB Kingston 1600

I'm trying to use the Auto tuning tool that Asus has and it overclocks it 4.4Ghz after a few resets... But when it says overclock successful and I check the specs of the CPU its still at 3.3Ghz...

Any suggestions? I haven't manually OC anything in over 4-5 years so I'm super rusty lol

Do I need to disable anything else in BIOS that keeps reseting it?

Wait a minute - where are you looking and seeing 3.3? In Control Panel->System, it will always show 3.3 or 3.4. Are you using and seeing that in CPUz?

I followed TwoCables template for his stable Core i5 2500K@4.8GHz overclock write up through the link you supplied but for some reason in my cpu-z my core voltage fluctuates from 1.15-1.2v with a core speed of 1665.2ish to a jump in core speed of 4.787mhz.

What is the reasons for these odd voltage spikes? My system seems stable but according to those screen shots somethings odd
