6950 2GB+1 ,if you will play BF3,it's enough VRAM for it.

Best option will be buying a HD6950 and unlocking it to a HD6970 ... will beat the 560TI pretty well.

I just went through which card to buy for my lan rig and after reading a bunch of threads, looking at overclockability and reading a bunch of reviews the 6950 is the winner between the two.
