5400+ Is a good chip if you get the Black Edition. I just upgraded from the BE chip and it was pretty reasonable for a cheap dual core. They peg out at 3.4GHz as far as OC goes. If you get a good chip you can get 3.3GHz stable with good idle and load temps. Unfortunately the chip isn't super fast, so don't plan on doing a lot of gaming. Black Ops is about as good as you're going to get, GTA IV on moderate settings with some slight lag.

I used to have one. Entry level processor at best. Equivalent to an Intel core2 based E2180.

Max I could get stable was 3.3ghz on a MSI motherboard with 600 southbridge. With a 700series southbridge or higher and ACC turned on, you could probably do 3.4ghz stable, maybe 3.5ghz.
