Issues with GPU temp

I added a 120RX rad into my loop so I redid all the tubing and remounted my GPU block. I cleaned the paste off and reapplied AS5 then mounted the block. I booted into Windows after testing for leaks and the GPU was running really hot. Idling at 50C and jumping up to 90 under load- these temps at stock clock. The processor is in the same loop and it is idling at 29C and hitting 48C under load- CPU is overclocked to 4GHz.

I figured that this was just a bad mount so I remounted. Same thing. Remounted again. Each time cleaning the paste and reapplying it. Still have 90C+ temps under load for the GPU and the CPU is still under 50C at load.

Any ideas?

Also my loop goes Res/pump->RS240 rad->CPU block->GPU block->RX120 rad->Res/pump

I just put the stock heatsink fan on and the card still has 90C+ load temps. Did I break my card?
