New i5 2500K plus CM Hyper 212 Evo

Hello everyone

I recently built an Intel 2500K based system, which I plan on Overclocking so I installed a CM Hyper 212 Evo but before I start to attempt my first OC, I have a question about my stock temps. Currently my Idle Temps according to Hardware Monitor, are MIN: 33,30,37,35,36 and MAX: 40,34,41,42,46 while sitting idle. The temps are always fluctuating

First I did the Spread method as instructed in the Tuniq TX-4 instructions but that was really hard to accomplish a thin even layer and I wasn't sure if my Temps were OK so I unmounted and cleaned the TIM off (91% Isopropyl Alcohol, and 90% Alcohol Wipes) and I followed the TIM Application instructions located here
Benchmark Reviews: Best Thermal Paste Application Methods

and my temps were still around the same probably -1 or -2 C after reapplying.

Here are screenshots of my current temps Idle and after about 10 mins of P95

10mins of prime no wear near enough to get a good reading on your temps at least 30mins of prime95

Ok here is my 30 min run of P95. My main concern with OC'ing is that I have searched and see other people getting similar load temps when OC'd to 4.5 on the CM Hyper 212. Plus as you can see the temp values drop fast after I stop P95. Screenshot was less than a min after stopping P95

Edit:

what is your room temp

edit 1. also those temps do seem fine for a room temp of 21-25c. also remember everyone chip/mount is different. take me for example i have custom loop with my 2600k@ 4.6ghz 1.34VCore with hyper threading and after about 8hrs of prime 95 i hit temps or 70-74c in a 30c room temp. while my temps are not the best everyone chips/mounts are different.
edit 2. you can go 4.4Ghz easy with those stock temps

Update. Here is my 2 hr P95 run Temps

Edit: My main reason for concern is that I am new to Intel temps. My old AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400 would idle at about 32c and before I OC I just want to make sure these idle temps are OK

Plus is it just me or is the sudden almost 20c drop in temp insane or is that normal ? When I took the screenshot it was about 20 secs after stopping P95
