How many transistors does bulldozers cache use vs thubans?

I was just curious. I know bulldozer has a larger cache than thuban, but how many transistors does each use for it's cache memory?

If there are no official numbers on this is there a way to guestimate?

8150 has 70 million transistors per module, so it has 280 million transistors for them modules. 900 million for I/O.

Around 900 million left, so they are for cache and some minor stuff, I assume.
