WEI (Windows experience index) and my rig components ?

my subscore is 7.6 ( My 2500k @ 4.5 GH is the slowest in my rig )
(now :
Cpu 7.6
RAM 7.9
Graphics 7.7
Gaming graphics 7.7
Primary hard disk ( actually an ssd) 7.7 )

My scores changed after i re installed windows to my new ssd .

Old scores were

cpu 7.8
ram7.9
graphics 7.8
gaming graphics 7.8
primary hard drive 5.9 ( Normal 7200rpm hdd)


what could have decreased my other scores ?
