Ok calm down man, open up your rig, check the cpu power cable, which is the 8pin. And then check the sata cables if they are plugged in correctly, which is the flat commonly red or black cable that links your HDD/SSD to the motherboard. If that doesn't work, I would try resetting all your bios to what it was and reboot.

Depends on the PSU i have the seasonic and they are the same (with wires doubled back into the other one any way .... as long as Everything is plugged in securly and you are still having problems. go into Bios if you can make it that far.

RESET everything to stock .... it should be one of the options. save quit and see if it starts up ok ... if it does WOOT! u are good to go .... ok lets say you cant get into the BIO...

on your mobo you will see a battery back up that keeps all yoru settings if there is no power flowing to the mobo ... pull it out wait about 30 seconds to a min .... ...... ...... ..... now everything is back to stock ... try it again .... no dice?

Ok now truble shooting come into play WOOT!
unplug everything form the mobo EVERYTHING front pannel ... hdd ... sdd ... video card. only the CPu and ONE (yes one) stick of ram ....

Start it up .. no dice ??? try all of your diffrent RAM stick one at a time .... none of them work .,.. well look like a mobo ... or if all them work well not the ram .... time to test out the VIdeo card ... (hope you have a older PCI express to compared to ... (there will eb a beeping if no video source if dedected i think because the video card is not in .....)

Plug in the old one >??? no dice ??? ok try the new one .... try them both in diffident PCI Express lanes if they are there still no dice ... a controller is bad .... or something on the mobo OR the CPU so you try the CPu in a friends computer and no dice CPU is bad ... But i would call both mobo and CPU and have new one sent out ... why not ....

And if everythign works up to this point then plug in one HDD/SSD and install on it and then plug the rest in once you are up todate .....wait none of this helped???? NONE??

OK one last thing ... your grounds are off ... u need to get a rubber gromit and then place it between the screw and the holes on your mobo ..... this does not happen as much any more but could still happen ...

Hopes this helps.... if none of this works then somethign is wrong with your case because every other component works in other computers .. exe exe ... so time to get a better or new or older case .... andif that does not fix the computer .... Brother ... time to get a Dell hahhahahahah .... but really a mac ..... lolz Hope it works out for you .

Edit ... i dont like corecting my spelling
