What is TMPIN1 and do the temps look okay for it?

That's the CPU temperature reading from the socket on the mobo if I'm not mistaken. It's not the same as your core temperature.

When AMD says the max Temp phenom II's is 62C, they mean the core temperature. Same goes for Bulldozers @ 61C.

Those temps are looking good. The TMPIN readings are usually a lot higher than the core readings.

TMPIN0 on my mobo is actually my graphics cards temps, it reports it twice and I've confirmed the temp with Afterburner. On my old mobo TMPIN1 was my graphics card and I've seen TMPIN0, TMPIN1, and TMPIN2 vary between boards. So all the TMP parameters depend on your motherboard.

As far as your processor temps. You want to watch core temps under load - ignore idle temps.
