Should I trade motherboards?

Hey everybody, how is it going?

I bought a ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution the other day and my mate wants to trade my board for his ASUS Maximus IV Extreme Z and $90. The question is should I?

I prefer the slot layout of the ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution as it allows me to have Tri-Sli/Tri-Fire and my sound card. I will be upgrading to Tri-Sli/Tri-Fire when the new round of graphics cards come knocking. But I like the overclock my mate is getting on his MIVE

Anyway all opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

I wouldn't, you have a very solid board with just as good or 98% power handling and voltage regulation, you're not likely to get more out of your cpu than you are now. Plus you've already identified some key benefits (layout) that you may regret trading away. 'The grass isn't always greener...' etc.

id keep the WS revolution

the only reason i would swap is for all the nifty but unnecessary features and aesthetics of the Maximus

ask your friend why he wants to swap, something wrong with his bored or something?

There is nothing wrong with it as far as I am aware. He's got a nice overclock with it though.

Thanks guys, I'll stick with the P67 board then unless someone can convince me otherwise.
