1200w Power supplies

The pc I working on is going to have a EVGA Classified SR-2. The cpus are Intel Xeon X5680 2 of them. 4 EVGA 015-P3-1589-AR GeForce GTX 580 water coolde. 48gb for ddr3 Memory, The Power Supplies is a EVGA Classified SR-2 100-PS-1200-GR 1200W. The Hard drives is Western Digital Caviar Green WD30EZRX 3TB 3 of them. The ssd is a OCZ Agility 2 OCZSSD2-2AGT100G 2.5" 100GB. It is going to have a Blu-Ray Burner dvd play/burner. It going to be water coolde with 19 fans. What I need to know is the Power Supplies is 1200w do need I to have 2 Power Supplies?

The only 1200W that could run that system is the Antec HCP 1200, but I wouldn't suggest it if you're benching.

Enermax MaxRevo 1500W if you want to stick to a single PSU, or two Seasonic X 850/Corsair AX 850 if you want to go for dual.
