Core voltage fluctuating between 1.2v and 1.456v, bios thinks 1090T is 1.45v stock?

Thread Starter
So my bios thinks my processor is supposed to be 1.45v at stock, when really its 1.3v... also in CPU-z its fluctuating (now) as low as 1.2v then going up and down again.

I think the fluctuating has to do with Cool N quiet, ill disable it see what happens.

But what worries me is the 1.45v stock voltage...

If you have Turbo Core enabled it could be throttling the voltage as it throttles the core clock (and vice-versa).

If the motherboard has load-line calibration (LLC), that's a reason as well.

Disable Turbo, Disable Cool & Quiet, Disable C1E.

Your voltage and clock speeds will now remain consistant.
