How old is your PSU?

It could be a loose connection somewhere, (check connections to everything) or your PSU is on its way out.

This is what was happening to my GTX460 SLi setup few days ago before one of my graphics cards broke down

Could be a unstable overclock or bad drivers. Uninstall, and re install the latest or 270.xx drivers. Make sure you use driver sweeper to clean things up in safe mode.

Check your cables, this happened to me earlier in the Month and was (appears to have been anyways) as simple as some lose wiring.

Best of luck, hopefully the PSU isn't dying =S
