Need help with flickering screen..possibly modify a sound card pcb?

Ok I have a crazy issue here.. so I added a titanium HD sound card but my fittings on my water blocks are preventing the gpus from freely sitting in their slots. Now the cards did click into place. Initially when I first booted though the display wasn't working... then i pushed the cards in harder.. didn't seem to move other than mobo flex but after a few tries i got the display working. Played a few rounds online then next day it gave me this.

after fiddling with it the same way it fixed itself after a reboot but keeps doing it so its very annoying to do this frequently.

So my real question is.. can I grind some of the pcb of the sound card to allow the cards to fully seat... is the gpus not fully seating even the problem here?

Do not **** with the PCBs, and don't try to reseat cards with the mobo in your rig, take it out first, or you stand a substantial chance of ******* up your mobo. Make sure you've got them in the right slots first, probably PCI-E
