Hi,

You need to research and get to know your Bios as to the settings and
what they do.
People can give you their settings as to your setup but to me thats sorta like
cheating or a open book test

Your running the DO which helps.
The V10 is going to hurt as to getting a serious air clock and are better air
setups out there.
Also a few (Kit) water setups that are relatively inexpensive if go that way.
Good entry water setups that can be expanded on later if want to.

Tips:
Disable all power saving features in your Bios.
Set your ram specs to thier listed values. Lock them in.

Main areas you will be setting.
CPU voltage.
QPI or Mem voltage.
BLCK, Frequency setting, Main tool used to raise or lower your clock speed.
Go manual as to your setting and lock them in.
In clocking Auto is not your friend as will change values such as voltage ect
if left on.
Use an odd numbered Multi, 19x in your case.
D/L Apps like HW Monitor and CPU-Z to monitor your temps and voltages.
There are others.

A start
JMO.
