Drill them out with a drill bit slightly smaller than the threads, then take a thread tool and rethread the hole.

That or be very careful and find the tightest-best fitting screw driver...push really hard and turn slowly.

A screw extractor or a rubberband

Seriously place a flat rubberband between the screw and the screwdriver. It acts as a grip for the driver and works fairly well if the screw is not super tight.

Well it's stripping because it is super tight

Are you not using a screw driver that fits appropriately? That will only make it worse.

Try tightening the screw more, 9 times out of 10 it will then break free. If you have sand outside of your house get a little bit and put a drop of water in it or spit on it and put it on the tip of the screwdriver, it will help it grip if the screw is too small for a rubber band like the guy above said. Also ensure you're using the correct size and taper screwdriver, a 60* tip will always strip out 45* screw heads, etc.

I would suggest just get a firm grip on it and tighten it a little very slowly. You will probably feel it come loose. A lot of the screws on GPU's have threadlocker (I assume thats the cooler you're removing).
