I stripped a screw inside my sister's iphone 4 (that weird double screw) while replacing the screen and I was able to gently drill it out the head with a dremel.

before you try anything, make sure you're using the right size screwdriver teaching.gif

Seriously place a flat rubberband between the screw and the screwdriver. It acts as a grip for the driver and works fairly well if the screw is not super tight.

^^This, works like a charm wink.gif

The hardware store has a tool for that purpose. I've seen fancier ones on TV but have a fancy price too smile.gif .

The classic one is a very thin drill bit which you use in the center of the screw head, and a tapered shank that has a reverse thread on it. You chuck that, and slowly work it in reverse.

Yea I have about 3-4 cheap screw driver kits just for pc repair. One of three always has what I need in it.

As for the screw, the rubber band trick always worked for me. If the screw is in metal you could also try heating it up with a lighter for a few seconds.
