And when looking at the 850 and the 750 price is not that much of a difference..
I'm also going push and pull with the H100

So I am thinking i'll buy this.
PSU
That will run 4x 6950/6970s

You'll be better off with a lower output, higher quality unit.

For comparison, the rig in my signature pulls about 700 watts from the wall at full tilt running prime 95 and Furmark simultaneously.

Yours may pull 550 in the same situation, normal gaming around 490-500.

650 to 750 watts from a high-efficiency PSU is plenty for headroom.

See my sig for complete details

The TX is not on the same level as most suggestions here while the HX is not really a good deal.

Either get the Sliencer 760 sir Johnny Doe recommended or the Lepa G700, both excellent performers, both better than the TX, and neither would sodomize your budget.

If however budget is no concern treat yourself with the best on the market at the moment which would be NZXT Hale 750, Kingwin Lazer Gold or Lazer Platinum 700/750, Seasonic X 750/760, Corsair AX 750 or Rosewill Lightning 800.
