ok so i change the llc from level 2 to level 3 and set the vcore at offset -20 and ram is at auto which is now running at 1333mhz.i just started the p95 and cpuz showing three different vcore voltage which is 1.36v-1.37v-1.38v.
is that something to do with the llc?

Probably. LLC sends extra voltage when under load so this can fluctuate.

PLL is different to any of these settings. Leave it as auto for normal overclocking.
As for the settings, I made a mistake! Level 1 for LLC is the highest setting after some googling
So the fluctuations were actually Vdroop, not LLC kicking in.
Try level1 LLC and manual voltage.
I might say it right now, but don't bother overclocking over 4.5Ghz for a daily overclock. I mean if it's for fun, then sure, go for it. You will see minimal difference in real life after you go over 4.5GHz.
Another thing to note is that 50% of chips hit a wall at 4.7/4.8Ghz. So I guess you might have been unlucky to get a chip that isn't stable at 4.8 without going overboard with the voltage. I couldn't get my chip at 4.8Ghz without going over 1.42V, so I gave up.
So in the end if you can't get 4.8Ghz with level1 LLC and manual voltage, try for a 4.5Ghz or 4.7Ghz overclock.

Thanks. So LLC level 1 suppose to stay on that vcore i set to right. I was just wondering when i set to LLC level1 and on idle which is my cpu is running at 16x not 48x the vcore at idle is like 1.36v. Usually when llc is set to level 2 the idle vcore is like 1.1v to 1.2v, Is that 1.36 vcore is safe for that idle speed?

To tell you the truth I don't know
But if you don't want that voltage at idle try using offset instead, but beware, you might crash in some applications (I crashed in Starcraft II). If you don't crash then thats fine, keep using offset. Revert back to manual if you crash.

Level 2 LLC is probably better than level 1, you don't want vdroop but you also don't want LLC overshooting. Good luck though
