Will the Antec Kuhler 620 fit in my NZXT Phantom case?

Hey guys,

I know the NZXT can't fit the H60 with the 200mm fan on the top, does the same apply for the Kuhler 620?

I have the default case configuration (2 120mm on side panel, 1 120mm on top of the rear, and 1 200mm case on the top) and I also am in the process of getting 1 200mm (next to the other top fan as an intake fan) and a 140mm fan(intake on the bottom of the front panel, near my drive bays).

Here is what the case interior looks with the default fan configuration:

I doubt I can fit the radiator on without it conflicting with the 200mm fan, do you guys have any ideas what I should do?

I'm thinking I'll sit one fan on the back of the case, with the radiator sitting in the direct same spot in the case and another fan ontop of it. Here is it explained in a diagram. Would that work? What should I do?

Air=>|Fan|->|[radiator]|Fan|->Case |

Thanks guys, I hope I have options, I don't want to take the 200mm fan completely like this guy did:

I found this video as a reference:

it seems he found away to fit the H60 with the radiator and fan and still keep the 200mm fan on there. Any ideas?

Can anyone help?

When I had my Phantom, I just moved the 200mm fan to the front opening. The way you are talking about adding another one won't be good for your airflow. Two 200mm fans next to each other moving air in opposite directions won't work properly. I know lots of Phantom users sort of rigged the radiator in towards the 5.25" bays. Have you checked out the Phantom thread yet?

Edit: Here is the Phantom thread.

I'm not really looking to do anything fancy to my case, but I'll heed you advice and not get another 200mm fan then. I just don't know what to do with the radiator.

If you are only going to have the single 200mm up top, you can just move it forward. Then the radiator (any, be it Antec, Corsair, Asetek, custom, whatever) will fit just fine on the back.

Ah I see, but what about the top part of the case that has the 2 circular holes where you fit the fans onto? If I push the fan forward, that bracket would be blocking part of the fan.

Edit, that sounded confusing. What I meant to say, is if I moved the fan up to the other 120mm fan slot, half of the mesh covering the fan is being blocked by the lid of the case.

Yea, you can see on the picture at the top that half of the other fan slot(the one with the filter on it) is being blocked by the top of the case... if I am supposed to put my fan there... is that something I'm going to have to live with (does it make a difference in temps at all since air is being blocked?) or is there someway to fix it?

i had a H60 in my phantom for ages, with the 200mm above it no problems/modding, not sure what people are complaining about.

As a push/pull config? Maybe you just had 1 fan and the radiator... adding another fan complicates things.
