Thermalright has the AXP140, Scythe had the Zipang 2, etc... or are you talking Down Draft cooler with Two fans?

well, it's not like there is a huge benefit from the second fan... It also makes the Heatsink higher than let's say a AXP-140 wich therefore might be a better choice for a lot of smaller htpc type cases...
