Techno Ninja
COMPLETED

Background: Good ol' black & white theme w a touch of red thumb.gif

Objecive: I want to have it looking as neat as possible with some nice aesthetics, while keeping the mesh look even while using the drive bays. Going to make it as efficient & quiet as possible. It will also have custom coverings, designs & a storage box. (made by dwood)

NOTE: I work from home & also have my kid, so this will not be a fully customized rig like i wanted it to be. I simply don't have the time.

Updates
The Beginning (Click to show)

Needed components:
corsair h60
5x case fans
NZXT Sentry Mesh Fan Controller
alot of bitfenix extensions

NOTES:
i want a custom "cover" made. it will extend from the back of the case to the front fans covering the psu, hdd bay, and open space. where the empty space is i want the "cover" to open to a small storage compartment. (case screws, small screwdrivers etc). if you know someone who can help me please have him/her pm me.

ROUGH SKETCHES:
planned changes:
360

once done similar to this:
689

here are the custom work designs i created for the artisan.

This is a pic of the overall changes to be done
360

This is the Dual 5.25 bay that i created to hold the FingerVU 436 monitor in place.
318

This is the 5.25 bay "Cage Cover" for the inside of the case it will hide the side and back of the bay drives from sight, with a hole for wiring.
700

This is the PSU cover design. it will cover the psu and stretch to the front of the case stopping just before the front fan. the part covering the psu & HDD cage will be done in mesh. The part next to the fan will open for airflow, and since there is no HDD cage there it has a small opening at the top for a mini storage basket.
372

This is what the cover will look like after i add my logo sticker to it.
372

338

added an extra fan for p/p
338

added bit fenix spectre pro front intake
700

338

it's not finished yet. still need psu cover (in the works) & cable extensions. That should be it!
Update 9/18/12 (Click to show)

The vengeance is 16gb black. I would just go higher than 1333 though. But other than that the g skills are nice. Mushikin are a good choice as well and you can take off the top of the Muskin's if you need to.

sabertooth maybe...but i have the same mobo as your sig rig, and i got rid of ALL the blue the instant i got it. i used black pci dust covers, then hand painted every other piece of plastic black (a bit time consuming, but not that big a deal)...the heatsinks are something i get asked about a lot...detach and let em take a swim in Drano Gel for a minute...then polish...bam, no more blue, just natural aluminum. again, easier than is sounds.
photos of what i'm talking about. hope it helps.
