Alienware M17X R2 Performance

The Alienware M17X R2 that I have Core I7 1.73 6GB DDR3 Crossfire 5870m, is this enough to run BF3 on med setting's at 1440x900, and skrim depending on how the game is.

yeap, if you clock those 5870m's to around 800-850 (most are capable of this) then you should be sitting at around 5850-5870 performance. Should average around 50-60 at those settings easily.
