Title practically says it all. was trying to search around but im hopeless!

Steam just constantly stays offline even when switching to online, i dont even remeber switching it to offline.

Is there a config file or something i can delete to technically reset it or whatever needs to be done.

Ya find Clientregistry.blob under Steam Directory, rename it to clientregistryold.blob, and run Steam.

okay... now this is getting stupid... >.<

It seems to be struggling badly to connect to the steam servers. i changed a localconfig.vdf to localconfig.vdf.old then it reported back saying i have never connected to steam on this comp... expected a steam guard to come up... nada... just failed with an error saying "Steam is having trouble connecting to the steam servers"

going to run around the router and see if anything has mysteriously reset (im on DMZ so that shouldnt be a problem unless someones been messing around)

Sometimes Steam goes down for awhile in an area. Give it some time.

I done a format recently but everything was working until yesterday o_O
Other then that. everything is as was when all was good!
going to give it a while then bump this up if nothing changes.

edit: just steam having a panzy (probs a maintenance thing) all is good! cheers all!
