$10 million? With 5 million sales they've earned about $300 million at $60 per copy, minus those who got it for less.

Q6600 with a single 570 is netting me 70fps on average all turned up with no AA at 1920x1200, so no, not 30fps. Not with dual 560TIs in a ~$900 or cheaper build.

Out of curiosity, have you even played BF3 on your rig? I just built my friend a 2500k with a HIS 6850, and he has nothing but great performance at all high, 1080p. I've told him to crank it up to ultra but he says he doesn't want to overheat his video card. (He's somewhat of a noobie)

10 million is what they've shipped to stores, they've SOLD 5 million, and it's on their own site, pulling the source now.

Still plays like it was designed for the PC. My friends where blown away with how much better it was on my computer than on their xbox. And it wasn't just the graphics, apparently the vehicle controls for the consoles are horrid

They had to beat MW3 on all fronts, saturate the market and get the money. Now that they have the money they will continue with their business cycle. They will fix the problems and continue maintenance.

Turn the graphics down. It will still look better than consoles and play great.

Maybe at ultra + high res + max settings this game pushes PC's, but with some smart use of graphics settings you can run this game very easily on any budget gaming rig.
