He's a very well known author and transhumanist whose been taking 200 vitamins and supplements for around 45 years now. He basically reprograms his biological chemistry to keep it fresh and rejuvenated.
Seems to be working pretty well, he's still going strong in his mid 60's.
This whole idea of immortality is silly in my opinion just because the only reason why people would want to live forever, such as Ray Kurzweil, is because they're a slave to their own genetics. Your genetics make you fear death and try to figure out ways to live forever because if nobody feared death than we probably wouldn't be talking right now.
The problem is that hes a slave to his genetics by going through all of that trouble taking 250 supplements and eating healthy and not truly enjoying life for what it is. I don't see a problem at all in death, before I was born I wasn't in any pain or emotional distress, the only thing that makes death look bad is religion (their belief in a hell). So, even if immortality did exist I personally wouldn't want to live forever.
