VG236HE paired with VH236H?

Just wondering if these two are a decent pair together?

I would love to get dual 120hz monitors but not sure its worth it if I am just going to be gaming on one of them all of the time?
I am coming from a dell U2711 and need dual 23's to get enough screen real estate back.

If I am going to go with a 120hz monitor and a normal one then I am guessing it is probably best to try and make them as compatible as possible.
If anyone has this setup do you really notice the difference transitioning between the two?

Or can I just go with a really decent 120hz monitor and grab the cheapest and nastiest second monitor
