70C under bench test load is absolutely fine. Thermal throttling is 95C, so though you don't want to get up there, you do have plenty of headroom. My H80 @ 4.8 and a bit more vcore than you hits 83-84C on a bench test load...hotter than I'd like, and 12-13C hotter than my 2500K due to hyperthreading + more cores. But it's in both cases way cooler gaming or whatever, like 15-20C cooler than bench testing under a 'normal' load.
