Wanting to do a large, creative project

So I've been thinking about it for a while and after falling in love with some of the crazy mods / builds you guys do I'd really like to give it a go. I can't say I'm the handiest of people but I'm sure with proper planning and careful work (and a ton of time) I could make anything happen. The problem is I keep bouncing between ideas and I can't really come up with anything concrete that I'm absolutely in love with and going to do - after all I want this to be perfect as it will be a huge undertaking for me. So basically, what sort of ideas do you guys have? I don't want to steal anything that you guys are planning, so don't do that, but if there's something you'd love to see done I would like to know. I'd really like for it to be unique.

Some of my favorite things have been:

Wood Desk with integrated computer
Glass desk with computer in the desk
Just the simply beautiful fully powder coated cases / parts
Waterfall reservoirs

I'd like for this to be watercooled and silent, but I suppose it doesn't have to be.

Tl; dr - What custom build should I do (something momentous and creative).

Thanks all

Oh, and don't worry about budget. Just nothing absolutely ridiculous.

Well you could do a desk with integrated computer, with a glass top and underneath it a 'river' that turns into a waterfall res on one side. No idea if that'd be possible, but I'd like to see it.

Hmm.. Trying to understand what you're saying - But it's funny that you mention a river as I was thinking of something along the same lines last night.

Just had another idea last night - What about a dual computer setup where they both feed into the same river resevoir ? I think that would be pretty sweet... although expensive and unnecessary haha.

Right, what I mean.

Basically. You cover the river part with glass, of course. Water from the rig enters from one side, flows across the desk into a reservoir on the other side. Don't know if it'd fog up the glass or not, though.

What about this:

Left side of the desk is your computer, right side of the desk is a couple layers of RAD's laying horizontal. Water flows across the desk under glass top from left to right, falls through the RAD's, then the water gets passed through a chiller and back up to the left side of the desk.

Using cold water to cool a water cooling system.

Then add some multi-color LED's in the top part of the desk that all alternate colors in a pattern.

all glass desk, tinted smoke gray glass. lighting and a separate water "draw" which supplies the waterfall and the watercooling loop...

Sweet you all are thinking something similar to me . Today I was thinking that something really cool might be having a whirlpool on one side of the desk. I'd be really interested in seeing if this is possible. So it would be the computer on the left, river under desk, fall into whirlpool, then brought back through desk (cause I don't want tubing running under the desk obviously)? And then I'd have some changing LED's throughout, maybe just in the whirlpool.

Problems
I'm not sure where the radiators / cooler would go in this setup
Would the glass fog?
How would the tinted smoke gray glass look.. I have no idea?
How to make a well functioning whirlpool?
Would bubbles from the whirlpool be a problem?

Scratch build an ATX version of this, connection machine CM2:

I bet you could stuff it with a ton of water cooling parts.
