From top to bottom.

OPN (Ordering Part Number) Code:
HDT90ZFBK6DGR = OEM/tray 1090T
HDT90ZFBGRBOX = Boxed 1090T

Stepping Code:
CCBBE CB = Thuban Cores

Date Code:
1131FPM = [Date YY][Week WW][Day X][Location Of Assembly X][Wafer Lot Sequence X]

Day, Location, and Wafer Lot can be a Alpha/Numeric character.
"M" day code designates that assembly lots have been combined.
"W" is added to the end sometimes to designate that combining wafer lots is prohibited.

Batch Code:
Batch Number (last number on the chip)

9U30202H10092

Some have argued that the last 5 digits refer to how many cuts from the center of the wafer your chip is. However, my colleagues at AMD have stated that the sequential number merely relates to the number within the test process and has nothing to do with position on the wafer itself.

Your chip was 10092 to be assembled (In Malaysia) from a distinct batch of wafers to be tested and marked (subsequently in Singapore). No such information (position) is carried with the wafer lot from Germany to Penang or indeed Singapore where the finished CPU is actually laser marked with these details.
