This is the other thing and why I don't understand why people are telling you to return it. Best buy screwed up, why should you be forced to fix their mistake? Personally I would keep it. It's not dishonest, if they want to give me an extra copy fine by me. I would give it away to a friend or possibly a freebie on this site. Or you can sell it if you want.
Personally I would not even want to be forced to go through the process or talking to anyone at best buy if I don't have to. I would say wait for them to call you (which they more than likely will not) and if they do call tell them if they want the games back then come to your house and pick them up themselves.
If it was me I and I was talking to them I might call them up and tell them they made a mistake but I would most certainly also tell them that I'm not wasting any of my time to return it or ship it back to them, especially considering how they lost your order in the first place.Edited by james_ant - 11/11/11 at 6:13am
