Have enough spec? - Page 2

Just tested IntelBurn Test at 4GHz with same voltage 1.416 as on 3.8 and got BSOD after a minute. The thing that i noticed is that voltage readings at idle was 1.416 and the minute i started test it dropped and start varying from 1.380 to 1.392. In BIOS i got disabled C'n'Q but other two "power saving" options enabled, took some image from net to show you what i meant:
Attachment 237196

Could this possibly be reason for varying voltages and instability with OC?

Ok. Here is more info from my BIOS, taken with mobile so it has bad quality but you should see settings. Could you explain to me what "CPU Load Line Calibration" do and should i disable it? Consider my MBO & PSU.

Thanks for your time.

edit: Found more info about VRM for my MBO on this page, to help you help me.
