22+" 1080p 120Hz on a budget (is it possible?)

I'm in the market for a new monitor. Is it possible to get a good, true 120hz monitor for a relatively cheap price? What models are regarded as good?

Thanks!

I love mine

ASUS VG236HE

Edit: I also made a spreadsheet a while ago showing 120Hz monitors by specs and prices:

Gotta love ASUS.

I'll keep looking into it, but I think that ASUS will be my best bet.
