Ya my phantom has 1 200mm and 2 120mm on the side

I still say that you just don't have enough space for proper ventilation with pci-e slots that close with the current coolers. If I were you i'd buy an antec cooler like in that other thread and stick it on the other card and put it as top card and leave the zalman one at the bottom. That way both cards will have enough air.
