A 600W is more than plenty for a GTX 460 SLI setup with all the overclocks you can squeeze from it.. but the TR2 650 is indeed a poor unit and you want to avoid that.

If you want to spend your entire budget you best options at newegg are the PCP&C Silencer 760 and the Lepa G700, both fit your budget after rebates, both are excellent units, both are above everything else already suggested.

If you want to save some money though, look at the Rosewill HIVE series, the OCZ ZT and ZS series.
