Is there a problem with my setup, or is it running right?

Alright guys, I think there may be something up with my computer...I'm running two GTX 570s in SLI (835/1670/2100 Core/Shader/Memory 1.063v) but I can't hold 60fps in BF3. I drop to 40-50fps quite a bit, while my friend who also has two GTX 570s in SLI with a similar OC maintains 60fps. I don't understand. I also can't hold 60fps in World of Warcraft, which is something I should be able to do no problem, right?

If someone could explain whats wrong to me I would appreciate it, or at least tell me that there is nothing wrong.

Processer: Intel Core i5-2500k @ 3.3GHz (Should I OC this too?)

1) Go into bios and at least get that i5-2500k up to 4.0GHz! Change the Turbo Multiplier to 40, and set the Voltage to 1.300v or so. No more than 1.320v should be needed.

2) Get GPU usage monitoring software to see if you are cpu bottlenecked!
I use EVGA precision (quick google will get you it)
Others will recommend MSI Afterburner for voltage tweaking.

3) Set up your system in your signature Makes life look a lot easier, and show off your rig!

Cheers

OCing the CPU more isnt going to solve the problem. Your overkill system should run the dog crap out of WoW...mine will hold 60FPS in org in the middle of the day on full ultra settings.
First thing is going to be to check if your GPU's are getting full load.

Will I see a performance increase from this? I heard that CPU doesn't matter much in gaming..

When you are running SLI 570's, potentially you could be running into issues running stock cpu speeds. there could be a bottleneck but it would not be huge. But sir, you have an i5-2500k, use it!

Alright so I went around Org for a few min (Ultra settings) and wasn't at 60fps the entire time BUT MSI Afterburner tells me that my GPU usage never went about 35%

EDIT: My fps in Org was consistently between 52-58fps.

Does this mean I need to OC my CPU? Also, I haven't invested in a decent method of cooling my CPU - still just using the stock cooler thing (don't know much about computers...my friend built this one for me). Should I wait until I have a better method of cooling before I OC my CPU?

With your CPU at the stock clocks, and just gaming there is no need for better cooling, so your fine there. However your GPU's only getting 35% load and not holding 60 FPS is weird, My 460 stomps WoW.
Play a round of BF3 and check your GPU usage. I suspect a SLI or card issue.
