Oh gosh, you and me both! I mean, as much as it sucks, it's a challenge - and what's more rewarding than figuring it out?
Though, I think Im going to just do it the lazy way and reinstall windows and see what happens. If it still does it then, well...it's another bad card. But thats not likely - it feels too much like a driver issue.
Now, on the Sapphire Rage3 card I have, it's said there is a switch (its a Cayman card) that can, by good chance, make the flashing process simpler - but there isn't a switch anywhere
on the card. What does it look like?
