Ooh, that could be a hardware problem.

How are your temps? Nothing should be overheating while web browsing, but laptops don't have great ventilation.

Temps are stable at 55-57 idle.

And if it is a hardware problem, I am screwed. I have this up on ebay right now and I'll need to take it down if this is not a driver issue.

Oh well, not that big of a deal, asus will deal with it.

EDIT: Funny, display driver crashed again just as I sent this post.

Try a different browser bro. With my 8800 GTS 320 I had hardcore screen tearing with huge tirangles, but then when I changed drivers it worked perfectly

I even had problems not being able to play older games with newer drives, would have to roll back to a older version to get the display
