OP, you said you but you still game on 1 screen only at 1920x1080, right? And which nvidia driver are you using?

Driver: 285.62

Ima try with your settings and see what i get.. And yes only 1 monitor.. Also i have both monitor connected to my Gigabyte VGA which is the one running at x8 should i connect them to the NVidia card that is running at x16? Also on the PhysX settings should i set it to any specific card or CPU?

x8 or x16 should not be significantly different, only 2-3% or so. As long as you game on one screen only at 1080p it should be fine (I also game on my 1200p monitor while watching movies on my second 720p monitor). I don't know what the exact problem is but you can try my settings:
_ Have each monitor connect to each individual card.
_ Set physx to the 2nd card.

I think the reason why you're not running out of vram is because you're not using AA, turn that on and see what happens. AA is a vram hog.

I was basing my answer on that, which is the specs of your motherboard. You don't support it.

When I'm in ultra, I can't adjust any of the other graphic settings, it's like they're all locked in. I can't shut off AA or change anything without changing the default. I.E., I can either run "high" or "ultra" and that's it. How are you able to change the settings individually?

Thanks for the heads up. Turned down the aa to 2x, and everything is just peachy. +rep to you, Rann.

I already tried. MSAA x4 and 10-15 fps drops but MSI A/B still shows memory usage at 990-1010mb. I know some guys who are running GTX 570s with no AA at 1200p and their MSI A/B reported 1240-1257mb usage. So I really can't commend on BF3 vram usage.
Btw, I feel that AA is not needed for 1080p and above. The graphic quality gain does not justify performance drop for me unless you have some monster multiple gpus setup and the need to max out everything.

I'm running all Ultra and AA at 2x and I hardly ever drop below 60fps. I'm running two GTX560 Ti 1GB.

When I set it to "high", no problems. Runs smooth and no issues at all. I'm guessing that the 1028Mb of vram just isn't enough in multi-player, even at 1080p. If anyone else runs these in sli, please comment.

Yep, same thing happens to me....took off AA and its pretty nice
I dropped shadows some too....seems to give a few extra frames...given how close we are cutting the FPS threshold that makes a difference during those FPS drop moments....could be the difference between life and death in the game.
