Which board to purchase?

Hey guys, I just wanted to get your guys thoughts on these boards and which one to buy. If you could simply state your reason why on which one you choose instead of just saying which one I would greatly appreciate it.

GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3P LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128506
OR
ASRock Z68 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157264

Plus I was just curious if anyone had any experience with this board ASRock Z68 Extreme7 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157269). I found it as an open box for 239.

They are both great motherboards, But I would go with Gigabyte for this one. From my own experience, I think that board is good for overclocking and didn't have a problem with it. I've never used the other board before. But you can only do Dual SLi. If that even matters to you.

I have a P67 Extreme4 Gen3 right now testing. I don't like it. Stay away form the ASRock's this year. Maybe next year they will be a little better. Their quality isn't as good as Asus, Gigabyte, or Msi. Msi don't have UEFI so I'm not fond of those with sandy.

So a no go with the P67 version. Okay, I may go with that Giga. Do you guys know anything about the one at the bottom?
Go with the ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3. I have one and it's worked great so far. The BIOS is excellent and easy to work with.

Watch out for Gigabyte's Z68 line, as they've been known to get stuck in infinite reboot loops. I recently had to RMA one myself after this happened.

How is that set up? Do you like it? I'm going to have about the same thing probably but with a 6970 or GTX 570.

Haven't had any problems so far. Like I said, the ASRock BIOS is breeze to work with, and I can max out most games. I mostly use it for gaming, so fast boot up and gaming is priority for me, and all the components I've got have delivered on that so far.

Sweet man, that's what I plan on using it for as well for gaming. I also plan on using the function of the Z68 board for the SSD Cache. I'm going to put a 64 SSD boot on there. Have you had a chance to mess around with that?
No, I've been wanting to, but I haven't had the money to throw at a decent SSD yet. I can't complain too much though, the WD Caviar Black is blazing fast for a 7200 RPM HDD.

Also, I forgot to mention, the ASRock Gen3 boards are PCIe 3.0, so you'll be future-proof when the next gen graphics cards come out if you're eyeing those.
