Is my RAM limiting my OC?

Thread Starter
I'm currently running at 193 BCLK @ x19 multi. When I try to increase the BCLK to 203, I get BSOD. I tried increasing the CPU voltage, but that doesn't help. Any idea of what could be limiting my overclock?

Running CPU @ 1.25v
RAM @ 1.65V

RAM is often the cause of failed OCs try dropping the ram divider by one increment. this will keep the ram clock operating within its limits.

what timming is ur ram at ??? and what voltage are u giving it ???try memtest86+ try a lower multipler increase the ram voltage but keep in mind i would only recommend u a safe voltage line of 1.65v over that it abit of risk i know that 1.8v is max for DDR3 but just to be on a safer side

go higher on the voltage add another 0.50 v and go slow from 193 to 195 to 197 to 200 to maybe 203 u may have a idea what voltage u need to give i guess 1.37v is the max u can supply

Did you try adding more vtt voltage? Try 1.275-1.38v that should stablize the imc over 3.3ghz
