If anything there are more problems with the Nvidia line right now. I'm scared to update my drivers for fear of crashes in the future and I can't do anything about it if something did go wrong.

AMD is set for drivers as it currently stands.
Wow, that's useful

I share an admitted anecdote about a perception that I feel, and then you assert that it is wrong, and then categorically assert that nVidia's drivers are worse.

You know how well AMD is positioned in the mobile market?

You know how well the HD4/5/6000 series has done over the past few years?

AMD's graphics market isn't declining.

AMD's graphics, booming. AMD's mobile, booming. AMD's processor, price/performance doing very well. They however are far away from having the most powerful processors.

Stop with the blinded hate and incorrect statements.

Intel gpus have been garbage for the past decade and while Nvidia has a larger market share they are losing ground to AMD.

EDIT: Also they're gaining ground in the processer market over Intel.

You're confusing number of employees with market share. The entire computer market is slowing down. Processor manufacturing also can be far more automated now than ever before. AMD is cutting employees to respond to the declining pace of computer sales and the cheaper automation efforts that it can undertake. This does not mean that AMD is losing market share.
