[HELP] Push e-mails on company iPhone

Hey guys!

I just got a company iPhone, but I'm in some trouble setting up the email.
Before I ask, you should know that my company mailbox has a 50MB limit, so I need to download emails from the server and delete them from it right away, otherwise I'll reach that limit in no-time.

Since now I tried 2 solutions:

- Microsoft Exchange mailbox: the mail works good, with push notifications, but as soon as the mails are downloaded on my PC, they disappear from the iPhone as well! I need to keep them of course, but I can't find any option to keep a copy on the iPhone.
- "Other" mailbox: Here I can specify to keep a copy of the emails on the phone, but somehow this mailbox isn't accepting Push as delivery method.

Ideally, I'd need both Push and a copy of the emails. Can you help me somehow? Thanks in advance!

PS: for whom may be concerned, my iPhone is updates to iOS 5.

This time the phone isnt the problem. You need to set Outlook on your pc to keep the messages on the server for one day, or live with only having them in one place or the other. However, since this is Exchange, the server may need to be changed as well. You might have to live with having them on either device but not both.

Thanks for the answer. I could do that, but after a day those would be removed on the phone as well... Damn this is frustrating.
Of course my PC has the preference, but I would like a copy on the phone as well...

I have it set up this way for my PC and my Touch Pro. The emails come to both, but only stay on my phone cause i only have it set to grab the emails from today, so it also cleans them out daily. Maybe there is a setting buried for that on your phone?

Nah I don't think so... I followed your idea and set the emails to remain in the server for 1 day. After that I get a copy both on my PC and iPhone.
I don't get Push notifications but emails are downloaded once every 15mins, that's a fair deal. Moreover, I get better battery life than I'd do using Push.
Thnaks anyway, gonna rep u for the hint!
