CPU Fan speed

Hello. I hope Im writting this in right topic. When I bought my PC 2 months ago,guy in service locked my bios and did some changes. One of changes was that my cpu fan was working at 60%. When I needed to enter bios for something, I reseted it with pulling battery out of MB.Now my CPU FAN works at 100%. My CPU is AMD Phenom II x4 955 black edition, and MB is MSI 770-c45.

The question is,should I let it work at 100% or change ?

If the noise isn't bothering you its not hurting anything. Stock Am3 cooler ?

What are you using to determine the fan it at 100%? Temps?

If you're reading 100% in you bios you can use +/- to change it but it should probably be on 100 anyway as the coolers are not very effective to begin with.

Second, you should not need to remove your battery to reset cmos, there is most likely a jumper on your motherboard to move and clear it.

I dont have a problem with noise. Im just worried will it make presure on FAN/CPU. Im reading it with HWmonitor soft, temps are 32c on all 4 cores (never above 45).

When I removed battery,it was 4 AM and I was rly tired, didn't know what else to do in order to enter bios.

No worries with a higher fan speed. As long as the sound of the fan is not annoying, having a fan at 100% will only benefit your CPU.

Temps are not high and if we talk about system usage in percentage ,it never goes above 40% while playing games,or doing usual things (even never above 10%) like watching movies, surfing, and other stuff.
