Was thinking about starting WC.. need suggestions

Hello OCN,

I've recently put my hands on a nice corsair 650D case and i came to the conclusion that it'll be a great addon to watercool it.

Since i'm a total newb when it comes to it, i've figured that some rasa kits would be awesome.

I've had those two in mind : http://dazmode.com/store/index.php?m...oducts_id=1073

And http://dazmode.com/store/index.php?m...oducts_id=1644

Both are the rasa 240 kit, notice that the only difference here is the pump.

Now my question is, is the h20 750 pump really that bad? Does the other one is worth the extra 40$?

Also, if you have a suggestion for another kit that would be in the same price range, you can post it here, it will be much appreciated.

Regards,

Most people here say the vanilla RASA kit is fine. Especially for the price. If it were me to choose between the two, I'd get the one with the DDC pump. So it's one less thing you have to buy if you decide to mix and match parts in your loop as well as not having to worry about selling the orignal rasa pump in the future.

I would contact DazMode becuase the second kit says it comes with a 360 rad and 3 fans. That fact coulpled with the better pump is worth $40 easy.
However, you would have to cut the 650d and remove the hot swap tray.
I have an SR-1 280mm rad mounted in mine and the hot swap is gone. Took 30 seconds to remove.
